Lose a Stone by Christmas Group
We need to be filling up on lots of fruit and vegetables, lean meat and fish and unadulterated rice, pasta and potatoes - while being very sparing with other carbohydrates and fats. It really just looks like common sense, but we all know how difficult it is to put this into practice. Perhaps the regular weigh-in will help to give us that extra motivation.
